EXISTING, STUCK

Step One of the

Story of the Tender-Hearted Warrior

EXISTING, STUCK

The first step of The Revision

Saturday, May 2nd · 11am Pacific · Free

You're 47 years old and you are exhausted. You've been performing your way through your life since you were a girl. You learned the rules of the room before you learned to read. Now your body is no longer cooperating with the performance, and the rage is arriving without permission, and you cannot remember the last time you rested in your skin.

The first step of The Revision is not about fixing any of that. It's about looking at it. Without a plan. Without an apology. Without the old stories whispering that you should have figured this out years ago.

This is a teaching Saturday — the first of four workshops I offer each month.

I'll tell you the story of this step. You'll listen, bring your life to what you hear, and take notes if your hands want to. There will be time for questions.

Writing materials optional. Tissues sometimes useful.

The work draws on Joseph Campbell's mythological structure, my Buddhist practice — Pema Chödrön on tenderness and old stories especially — what neuroscience tells us about how minds change, and what I've learned walking this journey myself as a neurodivergent, post-menopausal woman.

For neurodivergent women in perimenopause and beyond, and the tender-hearted of every kind.

Every first Saturday of the month is free. This is how we begin.

This workshop will help you to see the world with new eyes—
And it's FREE.
